Puzzle Week: A puzzle from Kerfuffle

Washing ashore today on our island of lost puzzles is this brain teaser from crossword expert and friend of the show Bob Kerfuffle. Like the puzzles I posted the other day, Will Shortz has declined to air this one on the radio, so it's appropriate blog fodder.

Same and Different

Think of two synonyms that name a particular type of institution. Add the suffix "-er" to each and you'll spell two words that are effectively antonyms.

I'll post the answers to all Puzzle Week puzzles in the next couple days.

Prison and Jail.

I have no clue how I got that, as I am miserable at most of these things.
